How do I re-send my gift voucher to my email?


  1. Sign in to your Citizen Ticket account.


  1. You will see the Ticket wallet page:


  1. Navigate across and click the Receipts tab:




  1. Find the gift voucher receipt, then under the heading “Actions, click the dropdown menu.

  2. Click “Resend gift vouchers”:




  1. The gift vouchers will be re-sent to the email address that was used to purchase the gift vouchers.


  1. If you purchased the gift voucher(s) as a gift for someone else, please forward the email to the recipient via your personal email inbox.
