How do I re-send my ticket wallet to my email?
There are two methods to re-send your ticket wallet to your email address.
“Request a Ticket Wallet”
Click here or scroll down to the footer on our homepage and click the link “Request Ticket Wallet” to redirect to the page.
Fill in your Full name, Email address and click “Request Ticket Wallet”.
From your Citizen Ticket Account
Sign in to your account, click Purchases > Ticket Wallet > Send to Email to send another copy of your Ticket Wallet.
Note - If you’re still not receiving our emails, please add “firstname.lastname@example.org” to your email contact list and check your spam or “junk” folder.
