There are two methods to re-send your ticket wallet to your email address.

  1. “Request a Ticket Wallet”

  • Click here or scroll down to the footer on our homepage and click the link “Request Ticket Wallet” to redirect to the page.

  • Fill in your Full name, Email address and click “Request Ticket Wallet”.

  1. From your Citizen Ticket Account

  • Sign in to your account, click the “My tickets” tab. Here you can click 'Send to Email' the to send another copy of your Ticket Wallet.

Note - If you’re still not receiving our emails, please add “” to your email contact list and check your spam or “junk” folder.
