How do I re-send my ticket wallet to my email?


There are two methods to re-send your ticket wallet to your email address.


  1. “Request a Ticket Wallet”

  • Click here or scroll down to the footer on our homepage and click the link “Request Ticket Wallet” to redirect to the page.

  • Fill in your Full name, Email address and click “Request Ticket Wallet”.




  1. From your Citizen Ticket Account

  • Sign in to your account, click Purchases > Ticket Wallet > Send to Email to send another copy of your Ticket Wallet.




  • Note - If you’re still not receiving our emails, please add “[email protected]” to your email contact list and check your spam or “junk” folder.
