Please sign in to your Citizen Ticket account hereNavigate to your ticket wallet My tickets > Ticket Wallet, locate the ticket and click the transfer button. 

Note - Tickets are transferable at the organiser's discretion. Not all events have the "Transfer" functionality activated.

  • Then enter the Recipient's Name and email address (or UK mobile number) and click the blue "Transfer Tickets" button.

  • You will then be prompted to "Confirm Transfer" by clicking the blue button. 

  • If you try to input your own email address you will be alerted with this dialog.

  • The transfer tab in your wallet will show your outgoing transfer and if the recipient has accepted or declined it:

  • The recipient will receive an email (or text) to accept the transfer and asked to sign in to their existing CT account (or create an account by clicking "Don't have an account").

  • Then they should click the blue "Accept Transfer" button and the ticket will be delivered from your ticket wallet to theirs.

  • You will be notified by email that your Outgoing Transfer was completed.
