How do I view the tickets I have purchased?
To view the tickets you have purchased, please sign in to your account and go to your initials in the top right corner > Purchases (click here for our guide on how to sign in).
Your ticket(s) will show under your ticket Wallet QR code and the number signifies how many tickets you have. If you have booked several events, they will be in a list in your wallet. The QR code (Black square with white dots) holds information for all of your tickets.
Once a ticket is scanned (at a venue or by clicking the "Access Online Event" or "Watch Livestream" button), the number of tickets scanned will be shown underneath "Admit X" in the ticket.

Depending on the event you have a ticket for, the following buttons that appear on your ticket are subject to the event organisers T&C’s;
“Access Online Event” - allows access to an online event link
“Watch Livestream” - allows access to a live stream event on Citizen Ticket
“Watch Again” - allows access to watch a live stream event after the broadcast on Citizen Ticket
“Transfer” - allows ticket transfer to your friends/family
"Exchange” - exchange your tickets to a different date or timeslot
