How do I print my Ticket Wallet off in PDF format?
To print your tickets off in PDF format please sign in to your account and click on your initials in the top right corner > Purchases (click here for our guide on how to sign in).
Look for your ticket(s) under your ticket wallet QR code and click on the blue “Print” button.
Select the ticket(s) that you would like to print off and then click on “Open Printable Wallet”. Keep in mind that the QR code (black square with white dots) holds information for all of your tickets (not just the one you have selected).
A new window will open with your QR code (your BitTicket wallet) and your selected tickets in PDF form. Please double check whether you have selected all the tickets you want to print off.
Click on the three dots on your web browser’s taskbar and click on the option “Print” or press “Ctrl + P”.
A new window will pop up with the print and PDF properties. Please select your desired printing preferences here and click on “Save”.
A new window will appear where you can save the PDF File on your computer. Please choose the folder where you would like to save the file and then click on “Save”.
The PDF File is now saved on your computer and you will be able to print it off by opening the document from the folder you saved it in.
