To reset your password, please go to our homepage and click “Sign In” on the top right-hand corner.
- Click the panel “Yes, I do Have an account” when you come to this page (or click here).
- Then click “Forgotten password?” and enter your email address. You will receive an email to your inbox with a link to reset your password. Enter your new password and click the blue "Reset Password" button to confirm.
- Note - if you do not know your password but still want to sign in quickly for an event, enter your email address and click “Smart Access” which sends an email to your inbox for access to your Citizen Ticket account.
