When you purchase a ticket, an account will be created automatically for you (contains all your ticket wallet and receipts). If you did not set a password after ticket purchase you can sign in via “Smart Access”. 

  • Enter your email address and click “Smart Access” which sends an email to your inbox for access to your Citizen Ticket account.


  • Logged in to your account, you can set your password by clicking the yellow key button next to your name. Then enter your new password and click the blue "Save" button.
