How do I watch a live stream event?


There are three ways you can access a live stream;


  • Via Ticket Wallet email (sent to you after purchase)


  1. To access the live stream via your ticket wallet email (sent to you after purchase), please click "Watch Livestream".


  1. Then click "Access Livestream" which will redirect you to the main live stream page. 


Note - The link will expire when the event ends. If you wish to watch a show replay, please follow the guide below (" via citizenticket.co.uk").

  1. To access a live stream on Citizen Ticket, please sign in to your account here and click "Ticket Wallet" > then click "Watch Livestream" on your ticket:




 


 

  1. Then click "Access Livestream" - you will be redirected to the show.

  2. To leave the event, click “Leave Event” in the bottom right corner

  • Via the Citizen ticket App


  1. You can also watch the live stream from your phone on the Citizen Ticket app.




Apple App Store (iPhone) Google Play Store (Android)

  1. Sign in to your account (you can also sign in using smart access) & click the live stream event you wish to watch.




  1. Then click the "Watch Livestream" button to access the broadcast.




Note - Some events allow viewing from other platforms besides our website live stream (such as YouTube and Zoom).
