Please note some important information regarding exchanging your ticket(s) to another date / timeslots for
 Dundee's Santa Experience or Dundee's Christmas Ice Skating 

  • Peak Tickets can only be exchanged into Peak Times.
  • Off Peak Tickets can only be exchanged into Off Peak times.
  • Tickets can be exchanged for an alternative date up to 48 hours prior to our booking slot.

Click on the dates on the calendar and you will see the list of timeslots available - all timeslots are subject to availability.

How do I exchange my Timeslot?

To exchange your ticket, please sign in to your Citizen Ticket account - https://www.citizenticket.co.uk/signin/ and go to "My Tickets" > "Ticket Wallet".  

On your ticket(s) you will see a blue exchange button if you are within the deadline for exchanges:


Click the blue "Exchange” button and you will be re-directed to the “Ticket Exchange” tool. Select the box of the tickets you would like to exchange and click the blue "Find eligible dates" button.

Choose your new date and timeslot on the calendar widget and add/type the correct amount of tickets in the box you have, to match the amount exchangeable. If you try to exchange Peak tickets into Off Peak tickets or vice versa, you will see the slot says "Not eligible for exchange".

Confirm your booking by clicking the blue "Exchange tickets" button and your ticket wallet will update with the new date/timeslot (your updated ticket wallet will be sent to your email):

 
 
  • Note - If choosing to exchange, you must exchange all the tickets in your booking.
  • Note - You can exchange up to 2 days before the event.
