Tickets - Can I create a free live stream ticket?
Live stream access and watch again access cannot be given for free tickets.
An alternative is to create an event using the online event option (please see ”Location - How do I set up an online event?“) where the free ticket function can be used.
Or if you need to issue a complimentary ticket to a customer, please see "Box Office - How do I issue complimentary tickets?”.
