How do I change the 'sales end' date for a live stream event with "Watch again" enabled?


When an event has “Watch again” enabled in the “Livestream Studio”, you can still sell tickets with “Watch again” access to your live stream event after it has ended.

 

  1. Click on the “Events” button on the left hand main panel.

  2. Select the Dashboard of the event you want to edit.

  3. Click “Setup”.

  4. Click “Dates”.

  5. Click “Edit” next to your current date and select the date and time you want tickets to stop selling under “Sales end”. 

  6. Click ”Save”. 

  7. The 'sales end' date will allow your event to display on our main ”Events” page past the event end date.
