No, the refund protection can only be purchased during checkout.
Customers can request to cancel and refund their TicketPlan refund protection within 14 days of purchase, provided that the booked event hasn’t taken place.
To cancel the refund protection, you must provide written notice to support@citizenticetk.co.uk.
