My event is sold out, can I join a waiting list?
If your event is sold out, you may be able to join the waiting list if it is activated by the event organiser on their event sales page.
To find out if the event has a waiting list, go to the events menu on our website and click the event you're interested in.
If the waiting list is activated, you will see a “Join the Waiting List” button on the widget. Click the button and you’ll be sent an email to confirm you're on the waiting list.
If tickets become available, you will be informed via email then you will need to log on to buy the tickets but please note that the tickets are on a first come first served basis. Tickets are not guaranteed.
Note - Please make sure you're signed in to your account before you click on the button. If you do not have an account yet (you’ll have an account if you have bought tickets with us before), please sign up here.
If you need to leave the waiting list you can go back to the events page and click the blue “Leave the waiting list” button.
Or you can also unsubscribe from the list from the confirmation email you received. Just click the link “Unsubscribe from this waiting list.”. You will be redirected to the removed from the waiting list confirmation page.
