How do I get a Personal Assistant (Carer) ticket?

For gigs and club nights:

For most smaller events, you first need to buy your entry tickets (apart from the PA), then get in touch so we can add the PA ticket for you.

Please email us on: info@theticketsellers.co.uk if you require a Personal Assistant ticket - we may need to inform the event organiser before adding the ticket to your account. We are also able to check if the venue is accessible for you if necessary.

Child tickets need to be bought alongside an adult ticket, so if you’re an adult assisting a child, you’ll most likely need to buy an adult ticket.

For festivals:

The process is usually different for bigger events - they often have an 'Accessibility' section or FAQs on their website with more information, so we suggest looking for this first.

Child tickets often need to be bought alongside an adult ticket, so if you’re an adult assisting a child, you’ll most likely need to buy an adult ticket.

Evidence

The evidence that is usually required is:

  • Front page of DLA (middle or higher rate)

  • PIP (no specific rate)

  • Evidence of registered severely sight impaired

  • CredAbility's Access Card
