The payments for deposit/balance tickets are split across two orders - you first pay for the deposit and fees upon checkout, and can then pay the balance by a certain date.
You’ll get two order IDs - one for the order that contains the deposit, and another as soon as the ticket is paid off (but you still receive one ticket).
The balance payment isn’t automatic, you can instead pay this from your account here when convenient, so long as it’s before the deadline. Depending on the event, you may not receive a reminder email from us, so please make a note of the deadline for your reference.
If you have more than one ticket, you can select how many of your tickets you want to pay off at a time, but each ticket needs to be paid off in full.
You can check the deadline by which you need to pay the balance from your account.
