After Sale Pop Up - How do I send a message to customers after they purchase a ticket?



  1. Click on the “Events” button on the left hand main panel.

  2. Click the “Dashboard” of your event.

  3. Click “Marketing”.

  4. Click “Checkout Settings”.

  5. Click “After Sales Message”.

  6. Add your message (i.e. links to social media, website, survey etc.) in the pop-up contents box. 

  7. Use the help icon to guide you through markdown formatting.

  8. Preview your message by clicking the eye icon.

  9. Click Save.


NOTE: This applies to your whole event or time slots.
