To activate a personalised message to customers after they complete a ticket purchase, navigate from your event dashboard to Marketing > After Sale Pop-up.
- Add your message (i.e. links to social media, website, survey etc.) in the pop-up contents box. If you need to insert a click the “
” and add the URL in the between square brackets.
