Images - How do I add a promotional video to my event page?

 

  1. Click on the “Events” button on the left hand main panel.

  2. Select the Dashboard of the event you want to edit.

  3. Click “Setup”.

  4. Click Images.

  5. Add the link for your video from a video streaming platform (i.e. YouTube, Vimeo etc.) to the field under “Add an external video”.

  6. Click “Add Video” and your video will be uploaded to the “Gallery Images” tab.

  7. You can click “View Public Page” for quick access to see how your video presents on your event page.
