Customer Journey Walk-Through

This video shows a customer journey from an organiser landing page. You can also embed the widget onto your website. (You can read more about how to do this here)

  1. First, the customer selects the event they wish to purchase a ticket for.

  2. Then they select the number of tickets they need and press buy ticket.

  3. They are asked to fill in their name & email.

  4. They then select their Marketing Preference. 

  5. They are then taken to the payment page. They can pay either by Bank Transfer or Card. 

  6. Once the payment has been taken, the Ticket Wallet & Receipt are emailed to the customer automatically.

You can also add Ticket Questions, Super Trolley or Continue Shopping to your event checkout.
