How to use the Citizen Ticket App (Organiser Toolbox)
Log in using either your Citizen Ticket organiser account details or via Crew Member.
Select the event you are wanting to scan tickets for.
Press Sync attendees to ensure you have the most update to date attendees list.
Press the Camera at the bottom centre of the page.
Ask the customer to show their QR code which can be found in their ticket wallet.
Scan the code and select Admit.
If they can't find their QR code press Attendees below the QR scanner > type their name in > press Admit Attendee.
