How do I update my organiser details?



  1. Click on your Organiser Name on the bottom left-hand panel.

  2. Click “Organiser Settings".

  3. Here, you can change details such as Organiser Name, Phone Number, Website and Email address.

  4. At the bottom of the page click “Save”.

  5. Click “Profile Owners” to add another Owner to your Organiser Profile.

  6. In order to add the next owner, fill in their details and click “Add Owner”.

  7. Select "Feature Plan" to see your current plan or to switch your plan.

  8. You can either downgrade your plan, upgrade your plan or contact us for bespoke fees.

  9. Click “Bank Details” to update your bank details. Click “Save".

  10. Click “Statements” to see your existing invoices.
