Reward Referrer - How do I set up rewards for customers who refer my event to others?

To activate a reward system, navigate from your event dashboard to Marketing > Reward referrers.



  • Describe the reward you wish to give to your referrers and a short description and the reward structure in a sentence or short paragraph, including how to claim their reward. 


  • Then click “Save” and your reward type will appear active in the right-hand column.



  • Your reward type will appear active in the right-hand column. Customers whose friends successfully complete checkouts from an invite link will be shown below your active reward.
